myagreement is a Government Authorized Service Provider (ASP) that facilitates online rent agreement registration, notarization, Power of Attorney, affidavits, and related legal documentation services.

We act as a facilitator and do not represent any government authority or legal body.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete personal and property details
• Ensure documents shared are genuine and valid
• Be available for biometric verification when required
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Pricing & Payments

Service charges displayed or quoted exclude government stamp duty and registration fees unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing may vary depending on rent amount, duration, location, and government charges.

Draft agreements are shared before collecting any advance payment, unless mutually agreed.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are subject to the stage of service completion. Once government fees are paid or documents are processed, refunds may not be possible.

Any cancellation request must be communicated immediately to our support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

myagreement shall not be liable for delays caused due to government portals, technical issues, incorrect information provided by users, or force majeure events.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and layout is the property of myagreement and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

8. Changes to Terms

myagreement reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
